What we collect

• Details you submit through our quote form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and any message you add.
• Information you give us by phone, email or in person when arranging or carrying out work.
• Records we are required to keep for gas work, such as installation, service and gas safety certification records for the property address.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide a written price.
• To arrange, carry out and invoice the work you book.
• To issue and retain certification and service records, and to register manufacturer warranties on your behalf.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a Gas Safe registered business.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service or meet a legal duty, for example boiler manufacturers when registering a warranty, the Gas Safe Register where notification is required, and the service providers that host our website, email and enquiry handling. Where a letting agent or landlord arranged the work, certification is shared with that party.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Records relating to completed work, certification and invoicing are kept for as long as required by our legal, regulatory and insurance obligations.

Our website uses only what is needed to function correctly and to display embedded content such as our map and review feed. Those embedded services may set their own cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded content may then not display.
